Emlak Radar is a tool for real-estate office teams. Each day it brings in the new ads, price drops and removed ads from a team’s saved searches on the listing site. The team’s calls, notes and next steps sit next to each ad.
It runs as a web app, an iPhone and iPad app, and a Chrome extension, on one account. The whole office works from one list, so nobody calls the same owner twice.
We turn speech into text on the phone, and keep no audio.
A member can speak a note instead of typing it. The phone turns the speech into text itself. The audio is never recorded and never sent.
We give each team its own work, and share only the ads.
The ads come from public pages, so every team sees the same pool of ads. Calls, notes, the portfolio and buyer requests belong to one team. No other team can see them.
We let the extension read only the pages a member opens.
The Chrome extension reads the ad pages a member opens in their own browser and adds them to the team's account. It never opens a page by itself and never sends a request to the listing site. It sends nothing when the member is not signed in.
We start the AI connector switched off, with phone numbers hidden.
A team can connect Claude or ChatGPT to ask questions like "Who should I call today?". The team owner switches the connector on, and it only reads. Phone numbers are hidden by default.
Note Owner called back. A second viewing on Saturday.
